As soon as the items you returned are inspected and accepted by our quality control team, we will issue your refund.
You will be able to track your return immediately until it is fully processed.
You will receive regular updates via email during the returns process, or you can simply go online, select "Track my order", enter your order number (not your return number) and your email address to check the status.
If something is wrong with your return (e.g. the products do not match your purchase, the returned products have a reduced commercial value, etc.), we will inform you via email and may including returning the item to you.
The entire process, from the time you print the return label to the time your refund appears in your account, may take up to 14 days. Note: Refund times may vary depending on the original payment method used.
